DJ Bles-sed is a seasoned DJ with over twenty years behind the decks, celebrated for her seamless mixing and her unwavering dedication to record culture. She has shared her eclectic, soulful sound with audiences across Canada, the U.S., Asia, and Mexico.
Her journey began in Vancouver, BC, where she started digging and spinning vinyl before going on to share stages with artists such as Estelle, Raphael Saadiq, Tony! Toni! Toné!, SWV, Kool DJ Red Alert, Stretch Armstrong, Tony Touch, DJ Spinna, Lord Finesse, Large Professor, Psycho Les of The Beatnuts, Talib Kweli, and Breakbeat Lou. Each step in her career reflects her devotion to the craft and culture of DJing.

DJ Jahmedicine is more than a DJ. Jamed is a genre-bending sound therapist whose dynamic sets are known for blending sounds from across the globe to create an atmosphere of soulful connection and cultural celebration. With an eclectic mix that includes Hip-Hop, Salsa, Reggae, Funk, Brazilian, House, Jazz, R&B, and more, Jahmedicine draws from both underground and mainstream influences to inspire and unite diverse audiences. His mission is simple yet profound: to move people—physically, emotionally, and culturally—toward greater understanding and joy.
Rooted in a lifelong passion for music and a deep community presence, Jahmedicine began DJ-ing at age 10 in Brooklyn, NY. His influences span generations and genres, from jazz legends to Hip-Hop pioneers, and his early years as a recording artist sharpened his ear for rhythm and resonance. He has shared stages with luminaries such as Lauryn Hill, Q-Tip, and Talib Kweli, and brought his sound to venues and festivals from New York to Nairobi.
Whether spinning at the Brooklyn Museum, cultural festivals, or intimate events, DJ Jahmedicine curates vibrant sonic experiences that transcend boundaries. His sets aren’t just music—they are journeys toward a collective paradise, where beats become bridges and dance floors become sacred ground.
Danny Castro
A native of Manhattan's Lower East Side in New York City, Danny Castro has been immersed in the arts and Hip-Hop culture since his youth. Inspired by the neighborhood's vibrant "Park Jams," Castro began frequenting nightclubs as a teenager, where he met Ant Marshall and co-founded Lyricist Lounge, an open-mic session for emerging artists.
With over 30 years of experience in music, stage, and television production, Castro has become a respected figure in the industry. He has curated and produced numerous successful events, concerts, and parties, including Toca Tuesdays, a weekly dance party that ran consecutively for over 13 years. He continues creating new experiences such as A Vibe Called Blessed, Freequency and others.
Castro's expertise extends globally, with event production experience in Mexico, South Africa, and US National Tours. He has collaborated with major companies and venues, such as Def Jam, Universal, Sony, MTV, and City Parks Foundation. Currently, Castro is developing screenplays for production through Lyricist Lounge while continuing to coordinate special events and concerts internationally. As a prominent entrepreneur, Castro remains a driving force in the Hip-Hop and nightlife communities, leveraging his passion and expertise to foster growth and innovation.
